A Fitness class includes the Fundamentals of Fitness as well as the following components: Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength training drills
Assistive devices (items, such as prosthetic limbs and hearing aids, that directly enable people with disabilities to participate in the activities of daily life) constitute an important area of that Agenda.
